Flames engulf my heart; clarity arrives cruelly late. My foolishness stares me plainly in the face, undeniable, bitter eternal. How arrogantly I dismissed my father's warnings! Now I fall and my pride reduced to sorrow along with ambition to ashes. Father, forgive me. My name shall live not in triumph but as a tale of youthful arrogance, a caution whispered by those who witness skies aflame. Too late have I learned humility's price. The ground races upwards, my fate sealed by my own burning ago.
